Shadaloo's Angel of Death (Vega)

My submission for the SFV Costume Design Contest was rejected, but I'm still happy to have had a chance to participate and now to share it with everyone!
The idea was based around him being an assassin and I could picture how in his twisted mind, he saw himself as dealing justice to those who deserved it (ugly people.) To marry that with a Shadaloo theme, I integrated the iconic insignia into his outfit to make him their Angel of Death ;)
